Just a little business…

We are making a few small changes to the business-end of things that we want our clients to be aware of…

• There is a 3.5% processing fee for credit card transactions.
• Payment options include all credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
• You have the option to pay in full or do a low-interest payment plan extending up to 12 months.  Interest is 5% per installment payment.
• All payments should be made out to PBC (Pet Behavior Consulting, LLC).  You are welcome to include tips for your trainer or pet-sitter if you choose but it is never an expectation.
