Come teach your dog some new tricks, and earn an AKC Trick Dog title! Our five week Tricks 1 class is a great introduction to the world of trick training. Using a variety of positive techniques, we’ll spend four weeks learning new tricks and practicing good training skills. For the fifth week, there will be an optional test with a certified AKC Trick Dog evaluator. Dogs who pass the evaluation are qualified for their AKC Novice Trick Dog title!
Trick training is a great way to exercise their brain while doing something fun, and it’s great for strengthening your bond. It’s also a great way to improve your own training skills! Work on clicker timing, lure placement, behavior chains, and more, all while doing something fun.
Duration of class: 5 weeks
Cost: $125, plus $20 for the test
